The staff wasn't very attentive to the customer (at least to us). After pointing out some issues in the room, not only was nothing changed for the entire stay, but they didn't even deduct anything from our bill, not even the tourist tax. Not that I didn't want to pay it, but the coffee was at least due. The cleaning lady was very polite, and it was nice to say hello, but the owner, as usual, wasn't there. Good and kind, for goodness' sake.

So I left for this little vacation with enthusiasm but then I was embittered by the behavior of the owners which was really very disappointing. Since they were constantly with an angry face or sulking and it seemed like you shouldn't talk to them. We had breakfast which compared to other places was poor poor. My husband was scolded for nothing because he hadn't even taken anything with his hands, when I asked for the croissants 🥐 how are they made if they have cream or jam since they also had different shapes I asked. I'm not from the place. The lady replied no you see them ma'am these are the croissants yes I see them but what are they with since I'm not from here. At that point she replied 🥺Then the next day she complained about my son who is 2 years and three months because he makes noise but if my husband is carrying the suitcases in the car and the door is open I have time to close the door I can't shut my son's mouth. He disturbs others sorry and the others who disturbed us after 11pm who were making noise in the corridor and etc. I have to say that I was trying to sleep. They are good and my son is not. So if you want to stay well do not stay there. The only nice thing was the cleanliness of the room, wonderful that's for sure. I'm sorry but I was disappointed.

The worst part is that, leaving aside the various minor issues like lights that don't turn on and broken toilet seats, it would be a good hotel, but the worst part is the staff, which is made up of an arrogant and rude man. Don't spend your money in that hotel.
