We enjoyed a brilliant 3 night stay here!! The room was lovely, the perfect size and had a lovely bathroom. The view was amazing too. Reception was always pleasant, especially the gentleman who worked in the evenings and checked us in. He always greeted us with a smile, said hello, and was genuinely friendly. His service really stood out. The hotel is in a really good location, it’s in a residential area which makes it feel very safe. There are lots of cafes and bakery’s nearby and it is close to the metro station. It can be a little noisy at night from traffic, but given it’s in a busy city, that’s to be expected and not really something the hotel can control. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re travelling with young children. Overall, we enjoyed a very relaxed stay in Pavillion Monceau Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others looking to stay in Paris!!

I’m not sure what all the fuss is about in these reviews! This is a fantastic hotel! The service is fantastic, the room was lovely, clean, and with plenty of room. The morning breakfast was very good and available early. The people that work at reception are all very nice and helpful. This is a wonderful hotel, I highly recommend!

Absolutely avoid this place! A terrible experience at this hotel. On January 2nd, upon entering room #51, I was immediately struck by an extremely foul odor, so much so that it was difficult to stay there. The window was already wide open when I arrived, proof that the problem was known in advance, but the room was rented anyway. As the hotel was full, it was impossible for me to change rooms. The receptionist, who came to bring me air freshener sprays, explained that this problem occurred regularly due to the ventilation ducts. It is therefore a structural malfunction, perfectly aware of by the establishment. Despite this: • no real solution offered, • no gesture of goodwill, • no compensation. Charging for a room that is known to be foul-smelling is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against this hotel.
