Room was EXTREMELY hot. 80 degrees in the room with nothing but excuses. ‘Room faces a corner’ ‘ac is motion sensored’ ‘it takes time to cool off’ room has been hot all day/night with zero help from staff. Engineer came to room and told us the air coming from ac is cool, problem is air is barely coming out, not effective. Would not recommend staying here if there is any chance of temps over 60 unless you want to be miserable and hot all night long with no help from staff.

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute trip to LA, so glad we chose this place! When booking we called to make sure it was okay to still check-in as we would be arriving early at 6:00am. We booked a room from March 8th-9th. Where we arrived on the 8th at 6:00am.Over the phone we were told check in was still possible since we booked a day in advance. We did run into a little miscommunication about the check in as we weren’t told about how we would technically have to book from the 7th-9th, as we are checking in early. Was told we might not have a room since we are “sacrificing one of our nights”. (makes complete sense because we did check in early just had a little miscommunication) Although, despite the miscommunication we were still able to check in at an early time! The room was in perfect clean condition when entering. The gentleman at front desk who was helping us was very kind with us despite this little hiccup. For it being 6am in the morning he was very kind and eager to help us. Something we appreciated so much! Valet was also very attentive at all times and at all hours. Would come back at around 12:00am and despite it being very late, valet was always in a good mood! These experiences made this stay so great. Would definitely be coming back here!
