It was good experience for such huge hotel which was fully booked. I liked the restaurant, spa zone and fitness. What I didn't like was the children zone which was not delivering good results to the parents.

This is the first time we have stayed in such a tragic 5 star hotel! Our stay was an extreme disappointment for us. I don't know where to start... When you check in, no one explains anything to you.. what is where, what card to take with what, where to carry it... they give you a card with 4 cards and get ready.. Breakfast - from 7:00 to 10:00. uniform, dried out, old! 5 days the same. Because we were with a small child of 1 year and 4 months. , I asked twice to bring out a banana and yogurt, of course in the kitchen they said they were finished, we should have come earlier. (usually we go down around 9, while we get ready) - everything is cut into pieces (I mean the fruits) they save on everything. They cook extremely greasy, the eggs come out black… Dinner… if you want, you pay an extra €33 per person for dinner, if you want, you order from the all-you-can-eat menu. DO NOT pay €33 and do not have dinner there… (a little further down there are two restaurants - you will definitely have a delicious meal) there is nothing to eat, when it runs out, they do not bring it out. Dinner starts at 18:30. Accordingly, if you go at 19:30/20:00 there is nothing to have for dinner. The vegetables and cheese are dried out… if you ask them to bring something out, it is never the same as it was. There is no Sauvignon Blanc wine in the entire hotel. The children's corner - it is ok.. it is big. The pool.. cold.. The jacuzzi - all kinds of things are swimming…. Dirty! The only good thing about the hotel is that it is warm.. corridors, rooms.. everywhere. We would certainly not repeat…

I was quite wary of the hotel after reading some of the reviews, but we absolutely loved our stay at Perelik. The hotel was very clean and, if anything, a little too warm at times. The spa was great and a lovely place to relax. We visited during a very quiet period, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bar staff were amazing—so friendly and always smiling. Their service really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our return trip.
