We spent two weeks at this hotel. The hotel is very good; there's plenty of food, several pools, several restaurants, and several snack bars open day and night. It's a simple hotel with not much entertainment and no show; everything happens at the buffet in the evening with a little music. We relaxed and ate very well. My 9-year-old daughter could go everywhere on her own without any trouble, snacks, ice cream... It was easy, we really relaxed. Be aware that if you like relaxing on the beach, this isn't a good place. The beach isn't nice, lots of fish, lots of vendors, and what's worse, I saw many musicians soliciting you on the beach, very, very noisy, often four bands playing at the same time. There are no lounge chairs, only chairs. Otherwise, it's a really good hotel, I would go back. Good service.

A terrible service at the reception when they received us rude and sarcastic very bad experience all inclusive and we had to pay extra $600 pesos so that they could give us one of the rooms and we could not have access to drink anything until after 3:00pm and the drinks bar will be there until 11:00am the food very limited for the reservations terrible service super limited

The hotel has a good location and decent facilities. However, the food is bland, with no variety, and the staff leaves much to be desired. If you're Mexican, they ignore you or you have to give a hefty tip to get any attention. The only restaurant with good food is Casa Roberto, but the service is terrible. And for a hotel like Instinctive H, the kitchens aren't very clean, and the shower water in the rooms is cold.
