Absolutely avoid this place! Non-existent service and chaotic management!! If I could give zero stars, that's exactly what I would have done. This hotel seems completely disorganized and cares very little about its guests' experience. From the moment we arrived, the experience was catastrophic. The pool was packed with about a hundred people, while the limit is 50. A single lifeguard, who seemed very young, even told us that she had asked her bosses for backup… a request that was refused. A truly alarming situation! I had also taken the trouble to call before our stay to mention that my child is autistic, in order to find out the best time to arrive. I was given the standard time, without any explanation that it was the busiest time. As a result, we arrived in complete chaos at reception, which triggered a meltdown in my child that lasted all evening. The service is practically nonexistent. It's impossible to reach reception by phone: no one ever answers (really, never). When we arrived in our room for a 3-night stay, there was barely any toilet paper left and no spare rolls. After going down to reception (because no one answers at the front desk), I was told someone would bring some immediately… we waited two hours, with two children, before receiving a single roll for the entire stay. I had to ask for more! During our stay: - The remote control batteries were dead. I had to go down to reception three times and wait over 24 hours before receiving replacements. - The bathroom sink plug jammed, rendering the sink unusable. Despite several requests, it took almost 24 hours before someone came to fix it. - No TV channel list is provided, and most of the channels are in English. The TVs aren't smart, so it's impossible to stream content. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. The room's comfort also left much to be desired. It was very damp and cold. Even with the heating turned up all the way, we shivered every night. I had to insist on getting extra blankets, and they were all very thin. The same problem occurred at the pool: no towels were available. Despite several requests while we were in the water (for several hours) to have the basket refilled before we got out, nothing was done. We had to climb seven flights of stairs without towels, shivering. Given all these inconveniences, I asked to leave the hotel the afternoon after our arrival with a refund for the remaining nights, so we could book somewhere else and continue our stay in better conditions. My request was refused. When I returned to complain the day before my departure, I was only offered a 10% discount on an $800, 3-night stay. At that price, you expect quality service, which is far from the case here. In short, a disorganized, poorly managed hotel that pays little attention to its guests' needs. For the price paid, the experience is frankly unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place. ** The staff is lovely. They do what they can with what they have. The problem clearly lies with the hotel management and not with the staff on the floor.**

They've lost a lot of ground in recent years. If you're looking for a good night's sleep and peace and quiet, this isn't the place.
