I was very disappointed with my stay. When we arrived, the hotel unexpectedly charged an extra €91, even though my booking was already confirmed and it was impossible to cancel at that stage. The final price was much higher than expected, and had I known this in advance — I would not have come. I also mentioned in advance that we were coming to celebrate my birthday, but was told they could not do anything because it wasn’t the exact date. I explained that in Israel, we celebrate during holidays or days off, but the staff showed no flexibility or understanding. In addition, the room had two single beds instead of one double bed as requested, and one of the lights stayed on even when turned off, making it hard to sleep. Overall, I felt the hotel did not care about the guests’ experience, and for the price I paid — the value was very disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service and transparency for future guests.

My family and friends had breakfast here without staying. The buffet was delicious and varied! I highly recommend it!

We stayed in a nearby apartment but were allowed to have dinner and breakfast here. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located outside of Žabljak on a very dark road that we had to cross. But that wasn't our problem.
