All the stars for this hotel belong to the staff. You rarely find service of this caliber. One minor point: the hotel needs some structural renovation. Everything else is fantastic.

The hotel is located very well, at the beach and nearby nice streets and restaurants. Public transport to the old city (15 minutes by bus or 45 minutes walking along the boulevard) and other places is excellent and nearby the hotel. So you can easily leave your car parked in the safe garage below the hotel. The rooms are nice and impeccably clean. I would recommend to spend just a little bit more and treat yourself on a room with a seaview. In the morning, it may not be easy to resist the temptations of the breakfast buffet. The choices are numerous. It is easy to eat very healthy and varied, but cake-lovers will also have a good time at Polo Nautico. Everything is fresh and tasty. The accurate and friendly staff brews nice cappuccinos and other coffees. Last but not least the staff: when we visited the hotel some serious bad luck happened to us. Staff members were extremely helpful and empathetic. They also informed each other on our status. Entering the hotel felt a bit like coming home, thanks to the people at the receptionist desk.

I stayed at this hotel for work. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms and facilities are lovely, very clean and smell good. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, with a truly pleasant sea view! If I could offer one suggestion, it would be nice to have slightly larger TVs. Otherwise, it's great!
