Decent hotel but there was a constant lack of a friendly welcome on the front desk. Great location. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, not a great selection. Room was ok. Nice and clean but only worthy of 3*.

There's no shower stall. But there's a phone (yes, that's not a slip of the tongue, the phone is in the toilet). There's also a fan that can't be turned off and can be heard in the room even after the door is closed, making it hard to sleep. We also have a scale in the bathroom. Yes, a scale. A Ladybug scale. A regular scale for people. Maybe this is a suggestion to prevent guests from eating too much at breakfast? The water was barely warm after 10 minutes. After another five, it even got warmer, but that's probably because someone else's water got colder and decided to turn it off, leaving me with a warmer one. Instead of a shower stall, there's a bathtub, but it's covered in some anti-slip dots, so lying in it isn't really possible. The water pressure from the shower is so bad that it's hard to brush your teeth. After 15 minutes, I somehow managed to complete a full toilet, splashing the entire bathroom because there's only a curtain, not a shower stall, and you have to struggle with the shower because the water won't flow... Speaking of the toilet, the toilet seat is crooked, requiring you to balance like an athlete on a tightrope, and flushing the toilet doesn't flush the toilet paper. I dread to think if there was anything else in there instead of toilet paper :p. The only plus point is the electric radiator, which actually works, so you can dry your towels. The furniture is old and the floor creaks, but there's air conditioning, which isn't particularly useful in winter, and there's also a kettle, which is handy. I don't know why the hotel got five stars. Maybe it's the bedding and beds, because they're of a high standard. Some three-star hotels have a bit better.
