We had the worst possible weekend, with kids' football clubs playing. It was impossible to sleep, the noise was unbearable. Our key card wouldn't open our room door, and we had to fight with it. A disgrace.

We booked a New Year's Eve package. Honestly, everything was excellent. The reception staff was very attentive. The room was in good condition, everything was perfect. When we went to dinner, everything was exquisitely prepared: party bags, beautifully decorated tables, and everything needed for a lovely meal. We started with cocktails followed by dinner. Everything was delicious. The waiters' service was excellent throughout. We were lucky enough to be joined by two other wonderful couples, and we had a fantastic evening together. Afterwards, we danced to a DJ who played a variety of danceable music that got practically everyone dancing at one point or another. The manager, Paloma, was supervising and assisting the entire staff to ensure everything ran smoothly. We had a wonderful evening with a superb dinner—one we won't soon forget. I want to thank the entire hotel team for a job well done. Thank you.
