Upon arrival there were no towels or toiletpaper in the room. The room was also very dirty. There was hair in the bed and she shower had clearly not been cleaned. When we asked for a new room the manager said "I hope it is better" without checking. It was not. The furniture and bathroom infrastructure in cheap. The place is noisy. You hear all the guests coming and going from early to late. Eventually we left a few days earlier primarily due to the poor hygeine and lack of sleep. The manager verbally agreed to refund us. This has not happened a few months later. If you are looking for a cosy mountain getaway, this is not it. Pity, the river is beautiful.

A beautiful property from the outside. Unfortunately, there's no competition nearby. Friendliness is lacking, the bathroom in the room is very small, cleanliness is okay, the internet didn't work... I imagine accessibility to be different... ... The breakfast was OK. Overall, everything doesn't meet the 4**** rating. In my opinion, the rating is too high. I won't stay there again... That's my personal impression.

Accommodation Review We arrived here after a long day of rafting, and the staff didn’t even know we were coming. Despite that, they welcomed us warmly, provided excellent accommodation, dinner, and breakfast. At the bar, we tried to pay for juice and coffee with our phone, but it didn’t work, so they kindly offered everything on the house. The location is absolutely stunning – a peaceful clearing between mountains, next to crystal-clear waters. I especially want to praise the bartender, one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met, who personally made sure to assist us and resolve the situation. A wonderful place with extraordinary people, which I wholeheartedly recommend.
