This hotel was a bittersweet experience. The property itself is absolutely stunning — the architecture, the gardens, and the views are truly breathtaking. The older staff members were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the younger staff (with a few exceptions) seemed completely indifferent. When we asked for help arranging transportation to Cuernavaca, they were so dismissive that we ended up walking to the bus station. Basic courtesies like greetings or checking in on your experience were mostly nonexistent — at some point, I repeated my “hello” several times just to confirm whether they were ignoring me on purpose. Sadly, they were. We also had an issue with room service. An older staff member rudely told us the kitchen was closed, even though the menu listed different hours. He eventually “allowed” us to order, but the food arrived incomplete and was both bad and overpriced. On the bright side, the in-room massages were excellent — 10/10 and highly recommended. The restaurant staff was friendly as well, though the food felt overpriced for what it was. Cocktails were great, though. We couldn’t enjoy the pool since it opens at noon and closes at 6 p.m., which really limits flexibility — you basically have to choose between exploring the town or using the pool. It looked amazing, though. Our suite was beautiful: spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, people constantly wandered onto our terrace to take photos, often peeking inside our room. It became so uncomfortable that we kept the curtains closed most of the time. That’s something the hotel really needs to address — it feels like a lack of privacy. In summary, the place itself is outstandingly beautiful, but the service is inconsistent. The older staff and everyday workers like gardeners and cleaning staff are fantastic, while the younger staff, especially at the front desk, could learn a lot from them.

Very nice place, very pleasant, the room was normal, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, it just didn't have a fridge but the coffee was excellent, only the price felt like a lot 11 thousand for two nights but good service.
