The room we were given (19) is next to a private house where they have dogs, and they barked all night. I know that's not the hotel's responsibility, but I don't recommend rooms facing that house if you want to hear dogs barking all night. The closets and doors in the room haven't even been wiped down; they're covered in dust. The bathroom smells strongly of mildew. There's no hot water. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. The bedspreads clearly aren't washed. The television is really old and low quality; it has cable, but it feels like you're in the early 2000s. We told the receptionist (a chubby woman) about the problems, and she didn't apologize or anything. She just stared at us and didn't say a word. She was friendly, but she didn't seem to know how to provide customer service. We also asked her where we could complain, and she just stood there without saying anything. I asked if there was a problem with where I'd left the car (on the street, in front of the hotel), and she said she didn't know. The receptionist wasn't very helpful. We also asked other employees what time the municipal market closed, and nobody knew. For the price, it's really not great, and we had several problems. I don't recommend it.

A good value hotel and one of the cheapest options available for a one night stay while waiting for my flight the next day. It still seems decently expensive but you get a clean room with a pretty comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean although small but more than adequate for what you need it for. The closet is small and the closet door didn't open/close properly. The room doors all require manual keys. A/C was working although not very powerful and a tiny TV. Overall wasn't terrible and they were able to check-in within 30 minutes of my booking on an online travel agency.

Quiet place, super central, the food tastes good, the portions are very small, the service from the waiters is of good quality whether you are a tourist or not.
