I only have one small suggestion: when showering, the shower faucets are round and slippery, and if you're covered in soap, it's impossible to turn them on. I'd also like to suggest that if they provided shampoo and hair conditioner, it would be the perfect hotel.

Our experience at the Hotel Praza Quintana couldn't have been better. From the very first moment, the service was exceptional. At check-in, we were greeted by a lovely young woman, very attentive and concerned about our comfort, especially since she saw that I'm two meters tall and had been given an attic room. Her colleague, equally kind, completed the excellent service. It's a pleasure to encounter such professional and friendly staff. The hotel is impeccably clean, both the common areas and the room. Everything is very well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of order that is much appreciated. The room was beautiful, functional, and cozy, and the bed… incredibly comfortable. You truly slept wonderfully. Furthermore, the location couldn't be better: super central, just a one-minute walk from the entrance to the Cathedral. Ideal for enjoying Santiago without needing a car or any hassle. Another very positive point was that, upon check-out, they offered to store our luggage free of charge so we could enjoy the city at our leisure and pick it up later without any problem. A thoughtful touch that greatly enhances the experience. In short: I can only say positive things. Excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, comfort, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended.

Our experience was simply incredible, from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. The receptionist was lovely, very attentive, and made sure we chose the best room from the two available options. Even though reception wasn't open 24 hours that night, she apologized and left everything perfectly prepared and explained in case we needed anything—a thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about her service and professionalism. The room was immaculate: super clean, everything very tidy, with attention to every detail, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and the service is excellent—something that is highly valued these days. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to without hesitation, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone staying overnight in Santiago de Compostela. A perfect experience.
