The hotel is modern, and the rooms are well-maintained, but only partially: they could use more attention to detail. The real problem, however, is the staff: they need a complete overhaul and training, both in terms of reception and customer service. It's definitely not 5-star service. Some concrete examples: • Breakfast ordered in the room arrived 30 minutes late. • I had to call three times to get two bottles of water: they arrived after 45 minutes. • The outdoor hot tub had a broken ladder: instead of fixing it, they simply placed it on top the next day without fixing it. • Breakfast in the dining room was surreal: I asked for simple eggs (a fried egg) and no one understood my order. I repeated it to two different waiters, both of whom went to the kitchen, but nothing arrived. We finished breakfast and the eggs still hadn't been served. Truly absurd. Arriving late in the evening, I parked in front of the entrance and asked for the front door: no "good evening" or "welcome," just a cold "it's 25 euros, okay?" Overall, subpar staff, poor service, and management far from the standards of a 5-star hotel. It's a shame, because the property has great potential, but as it stands, I wouldn't recommend it at all.
