I invited a friend and requested a single room on the top floor, but it was terrible. 1. The room was spacious, but so unkempt that there were cockroaches in it. 2. My child's socks kept coming out from under the bed. 3. The bathroom drain wouldn't drain and was leaking, so I called the staff, who laughed and said, "It was clogged with hair. It's a common occurrence." 4. I was suddenly asked to pay when I checked in. I was also charged a fee that was not included in the amount charged by the booking site. 5. I booked through Rurubu, but was suddenly told that the discounted price on the site was not available. I was shocked by how unsanitary and fraudulent the behavior was. It was really awful.
