I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I'll start by saying that I've been traveling for many years for work and pleasure, frequently staying in hotels throughout Italy, so I have a good deal of experience in the industry. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the hotel's location is certainly a strong point. However, the rooms didn't reflect the price paid. The bed was small and uncomfortable (I'm 1.92 m tall, and my feet would stick out of the bed). It took over 10 minutes to get hot water, likely due to the tank being far from the room. The refrigerator made a loud noise that made it difficult to sleep, and the constant noise of some sort of motor continued throughout the night. The curtain was broken, and already at dawn, a lot of light was coming in; furthermore, another window lacked a shutter and only had a plastic curtain, which also failed to filter the light. The shower head was obsolete and heavily clogged with limescale, resulting in an ineffective and uncomfortable flow. The most negative aspect, and one I completely unexpected, was the cost of indoor parking: €20 from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM, meaning only during my overnight stay. This is a cost I've never had to pay in my life and I consider it highly excessive. I thought the front desk would charge me €5 at most for a small car, but €20 was truly absurd, considering that two days ago I paid €10 for a garage in Prati from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. In summary, the location and staff were good, but several aspects of the room and amenities didn't live up to the asking price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful, spacious rooms with everything you need for a comfortable breakfast and daily stay. The staff truly stands out: extremely friendly, available 24/7, always smiling, and radiating positive energy. I slept like a baby—the bed was exceptionally comfortable, fresh-smelling, and perfectly complemented by a charming small balcony. The price is very reasonable for the level of quality and service provided. The villa itself looks like something out of a movie, creating a truly boutique and memorable atmosphere. Even on rainy days, the experience remains outstanding—the hotel thoughtfully provides umbrellas for guests, which made a real difference. I genuinely appreciated my stay and enjoyed every moment. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful small boutique hotel. A place I would gladly return
