My experience at this hotel was frankly disappointing, but the worst part was undoubtedly the receptionist's behavior. From the moment we arrived, his service was cold, distant, and clearly annoyed, as if helping us was a favor and not part of his job.

A good option to sleep in Amsterdam. Its location is perfect to walk everywhere, breakfast is more than enough and the beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is probably the weakest part of the room- no hairdryer (through you can borrow one at the check in desk) and a shower which is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so you gotta be careful not to flood the floor when showering. Despite this, a very nice and affordable option to visit Amsterdam
