AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEN! 😡😡😡 I'd give it less than five stars if I could! We arrived at this so-called "hotel" (more like a seedy boarding house) looking for a cheap night and were met with the most appalling lack of hygiene I've ever seen. 😤😤😤 I don't even know where to begin! When I walked into the bathroom, I almost fainted. Look at the picture! 📸📸📸 Is this what they call cleanliness?! The toilet was literally black, covered in caked-on grime. The seat and the inside made me want to vomit just looking at them! 🤮🤮🤮 I never imagined anything like this in a place that charges for lodging. And it wasn't just the toilet! The bidet was just as disgusting, the floor was covered in dried puddles of who-knows-what, and the walls were gray with grime. 🦠🦠🦠 It's a complete lack of education and professionalism. In my day, this was called basic hygiene, and if you didn't meet those standards, they'd shut down your business. ☝️☝️☝️ We asked to change rooms immediately, but the whole place smelled musty and damp. In the end, we preferred to lose our money and go somewhere else rather than risk getting an infection in that filthy bathroom. 🚫🚫🚫 I've filed a complaint, and I hope the Health Department intervenes soon! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE, NOT EVEN IF YOU'RE CRAZY! It's a rip-off and a disgrace! 💸🚫😠

It's my favorite hotel in San Sebastián. I travel alone, and the single rooms are great. I've always stayed in the upstairs rooms with a view of the beach. And what a view! Spectacular. The Gros neighborhood is very modern and lively. The beach, the Kursaal, and the city... all from the window. The room has a mini-fridge, armchairs, a bed, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower separated by tinted glass. For one person, it's luxurious. For two, it's a bit cramped. Anyone with reduced mobility won't be able to use it. The rooms have three small steps inside. It's clean, and my only complaint is that the air conditioning is terrible.

Small, quiet hotel at the end of Gros beach. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate, with a private bathroom. Comfortable double beds. Coffee service is included in the lobby. Friendly staff.
