I gave two stars, one of them being for the pool because I saw that the pH was always checked and cleaned. We were accommodated in the summer for 3 nights but chose to leave after the second night because I started to get bites on my body. Although I kindly advised that I recommend checking the room because there may be bedbugs (I mention that I did not ask for money for the night I did not stay at the hotel), instead of responding with a professional and friendly attitude that she would take the recommendation into account, the receptionist attacked me and told me that there was absolutely no possibility of this because they do weekly disinfestation, however, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired and the hotel would need investments in the room area, being quite old (especially the bathrooms).

I was initially skeptical about the accommodation, given the reviews I read online, but despite the comments, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a superior double room, located in the back complex, which is also the newest. The conditions were good, the cleanliness was ok, and our towels were changed on request every time we needed them. The hotel is quiet, without disturbing noise. The pool is gorgeous, quite large and with clean water. The children have a play area. The parking is right in front of the hotel and I had no problem finding a spot. The reception staff was very kind — they even helped me with printing some documents when I needed them. I had a stay without meals included. Being the first week of September, the hotel restaurant had already been closed since August 31. Olimp Beach is about 5 minutes walk away — beautiful and quiet. Suggestion: a hairdryer in the bathroom would be useful. Otherwise, everything was very good.
