The rooms don't have refrigerators and only have double beds. Water isn't provided and is very expensive to buy at the hotel; a supermarket is a 4-minute walk away where water costs seven times less. Depending on the room, the bathroom isn't very large in some rooms. I don't recommend this hotel for a trip to Austria.

No amenities in the room, except for an 3-in-one shampoo for body, cream and hair etc, which is not great for the hair! Shampoo is sold separately at the Lobby for about 15 Euros. Slippers and everything else you have to ask for, so not exactly 4 star standards.. Room and Hotel are clean though.. More user friendly approach is needed at the front office as well..
