We had such a great stay in Florence, and this boutique hotel felt like the perfect fit for the city. It really matched the Florence vibe — charming, simple, and full of character without feeling over the top. Being pregnant, comfort was a big priority for me and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. They made everything feel easy and welcoming, which we really appreciated. One thing that really stood out was the bathrooms — they were surprisingly large and beautifully done, especially for a boutique hotel in Europe. Having that extra space made a big difference and added to how comfortable we felt during our stay. They also offer a wonderful breakfast service each morning with a great variety of options, and everything tasted so fresh. It was such a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

We had the most wonderful experience at hotel Regency! Every staff member has been so attentive, & we really felt like cherished guests. It is a small hotel but it definitely has its own unique luxury style. The beauty is in the details - golden door knobs, flower fabric wall paper, velvet covered armchairs, old fashioned gold room key. Don’t forget a small garden outside of the dining room with real lemon trees & lemons! Breakfasts were absolutely to die for with a large selection of tasty items & I am already missing them! When I arrived there was a personal handwritten greeting note waiting for me in the room. We had a delicious lunch at the property as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the bed turn down service. We had a concierge assigned to us & she planned activities & assisted with bookings & tickets. Prepare to be blown away!

Our stay at Hotel Regency was made truly unforgettable by the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, the team demonstrated incredible responsiveness and professionalism. A special mention must go to Alessio at the front desk and concierge. He was proactive and handled all our requests with such efficiency and grace, making our stay seamless. We also want to give a huge shout-out to Massimo. Even with our mountain of heavy luggage—the result of a very long journey—he was always smiling, tireless, and incredibly helpful. His positive energy and willingness to assist at any moment were a highlight of our experience. This level of service is rare and made our family feel right at home. We highly recommend Hotel Regency to anyone visiting Florence!
