HOTEL REGENT

I'm leaving this review because I experienced extremely inappropriate treatment at a Deutsche Post branch. I went to send a letter. The letter was already in an envelope, and the recipient's address was printed on it. I speak neither German nor English and used a translator to communicate with the employee. Through the translator, I said, "Good day, I'd like to send this letter as soon as possible and buy a stamp." The employee replied that he wouldn't help me if I didn't speak German or English. He refused to communicate through the translator, even though sending the letter was simple: just put on a stamp and post it. I was prepared to pay for the service, and it wouldn't have taken much time. I offered to have a friend who speaks German explain the situation, but the employee covered his ears and said he couldn't hear anything. I found this behavior extremely rude and unprofessional. I consider it unacceptable discrimination to refuse service to a customer due to a lack of German or English language skills. The employee should have helped in any way possible: through an interpreter, gestures, or simple words. This was particularly distressing for me because my child is in intensive care, and I wanted to send the letter to the job center to confirm this. The postal workers' rude and disrespectful behavior deeply hurt and humiliated me. I urge the management of Deutsche Post to address this issue and take measures to prevent such situations in the future.

Basic room very small but okay. I left a pair of jeans in the wardrobe but aftet 1 hour of leaving when contacting the hotel they claimed to know nothing about them they had vanished I would say stolen was more appropriate
