The hotel claims to be 4-star, and that's the real problem. It's impossible to imagine a 4-star hotel with an entrance that looks like a warehouse corridor, tiny, poorly soundproofed rooms, and questionable details (for example, no reading lights). The staff is very friendly, and it's conveniently located downtown. If they gave it two stars, it might be acceptable.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Venice in October. It was very clean, newly renovated, and had all the amenities. The service was excellent. Even if you don't speak Russian, they understand your needs perfectly and quickly turn on the translator on your smartphone when you need to explain. The hotel café is very cozy, and all the dishes are delicious. There's a large wine selection, so those who appreciate an evening glass don't have to go anywhere else. The vaporetto docks and bus stop are 200 meters toward the bay. The beach is about 500 meters away, an easy and enjoyable walk. I highly recommend visiting the beach. The Venetian Cinema Complex is also worth visiting. For those who enjoy walking, you can either walk along the beach or along the canals, or take a bus. The breakfast at the hotel was very filling and delicious. The heating worked. Overall, this hotel on the Lido is ideal for visiting Venice in October, considering the price on the island. Taking the vaporetto to Venice or Burano is much more picturesque than from the mainland.

I stayed two nights with a friend at this hotel; it had been booked for us by another friend. Very convenient location, very close to the ferry stop that takes you to the center of Venice. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great time. If I were to return to Venice, I would probably stay here again!
