Really cheap, great value hotel. Built in 2009, the hotel features marble floors throughout as is the tradition. It is well located and easy to find on foot - an 8 minute walk from the train /bus stations. There are lifts to all floors. The reception is friendly and efficient, as is the breakfast service. The breakfast itself is simple but good - fresh breads, fruit, meats and cheese, together with superb barista coffee made to order. Locals come in to enjoy the breakfast, which tells you a great deal! Every room has at least a Juliet balcony, (some on the top floor have large balconies which allow you to sit outside)- and is spacious and clean. Fairly firm mattresses ensure a good nights sleep, whilst the air conditioning works well. bedding is cotton, and blankets are available in the rooms. The bathrooms suffer from the limescale build up common in hard water areas, with the shower hose and the bath screen both showing limescale deposits - but all were clean and fresh. Towels were changed daily, and you could tell that the bathroom was freshened up daily as well as bins emptied and beds made. There was a little noise - my room was on the second floor - mainly from the street in the evening, and the odd bit of noise from the floor above due to the marble floors. Close to the beach, the bars and many places to eat, together with many small food shops well used by locals. There are vending machines in the hotel for snacks and drinks - coins only - and ten steps away from the entrance is a butchers/grocer where you can get a 1.5l bottle of water for 1 euro. The standout was the staff, however - they were all great, however the lady barista at breakfast every day was superb, and deserves a mention for her cheerfulness and her skill at making good cafe con leche! Definitely cheap and cheerful, but good quality for the price all the same. I was worried that it was 'too cheap' - and might be a bad choice - but i am glad i chose this hotel and i will stay here again. Superb effort guys!

Very rustic and old-fashioned, bathroom okay! But clean and daily room service with fresh towels. Breakfast is okay for 2-3 days, then it gets monotonous!
