Wow, we loved this hotel! The staff was so incredibly friendly, both at the front desk day and night. They were very professional and helpful. We never felt like we were bothering them! We had three different rooms because we booked a different one each day as we didn't want to leave :P All three were spotless!!! The restaurant is expensive for dinner, but it's very good! The breakfast buffet is really inexpensive considering everything that's all you can eat (fruit, bacon, sausage, baked beans, crepes, waffles, bagels, cream cheese, cottage cheese, toast, yogurt with granola, juice, coffee, and much more!!!) Only $100 including taxes for 3 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11!! There's a bar open until 11 pm in the hotel restaurant, and they let you bring your own drinks to your room. There's a lovely atmosphere in the evenings with receptions in the function rooms. The pool was great for kids, with a spa right next door! :) We even had the option of having food delivered to our room at 2:00 AM (thanks to Matthieu at reception for his help and kindness). Having several entrances to the hotel made it easy to get to our room. And the view from our 5th-floor room was breathtaking. Room 5000 had two large windows, so we had a panoramic view of the river and the sunset!!! Wow!! They brought us extra beds free of charge for each additional person! It was truly wonderful to spend time at the Hotel Rimouski! We will definitely be back for our next vacation because we fell in love with it!! Also, all the shops you could want are just a 5-minute drive away if needed! Everything was perfect, or almost!! Thank you to the whole team!!!

Excellent hub for travellers and tourists, located in the middle if a busy area near shops and restaurants. There is a but of wear of the old part of the hotel but they are modernizing and building a brand new side. Restaurant Red Roof is a good place to try fresh seafood awesomely prepared.
