To be avoided, everything is very old and unaesthetic in the room except the shower cabin, heat only at night, not worth the price asked. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The worst hotel I have been to in Romania.

The hotel is located in a central place, the team is very friendly and very helpful. The room we received was small but it was good for us. The shower room is small and requires renovation but very clean and with all the required accessories. The beds are very comfortable. Recommends the place.

Beautiful on the outside and well located, close to public transport, supermarket and shopping mall. The receptionist speaks English and was kind enough to store my luggage 1 day before the reservation date. There is an elevator, but there are 8 steps to access it. There is no breakfast. The hotel facilities are poor. Stained carpet in the hallway, old furniture, bed almost on the floor (difficult even to lie down), the minibar door was falling off. The room floor is worn and has holes in the finishes. The worst is the bathroom, which is tiny, has no shower stall, only a shower curtain and gets everything wet. The toilet is detached from the floor, it looks like it's going to come loose. The room wasn't cleaned well, as there were "forgotten" slippers under the bed. The view from the window to the mountains is quite good. But thankfully it was only 1 night. Another difficulty is that there is no drop-off and pick-up area for cars. The train station is very close to the hotel, but there is a large difference in level connecting the two areas; access is via a staircase or a very long ramp. Therefore, we opted to take the bus in front of the station, which stops almost in front of the hotel.
