1. The moment we turned on the air conditioning, we were hit with a mix of smells—smoke, mustiness, dampness, and a strong cigarette odor. 2. We reported the issue and requested a room change, but the staff’s solution was to tell us to turn off the AC and use the fan instead. Their attitude was very unhelpful and dismissive. 3. The most ridiculous part was waking up around 8 a.m. to find our entire room filled with a strong barbecue smell. 4. You can only get your bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover changed if you stay for three nights. I suspect this might be why the pillow had an overwhelming smell of hair and scalp oil the moment I checked in. It was disgusting. 5. The bath towels also had a very strong unpleasant odor. 6. I had booked two nights, but because the smells were so severe and the conditions so uncomfortable, I was forced to change my travel plans. I checked out after one night — not because I wanted to, but because staying Any longer felt impossible. Please consider carefully before booking! 1.
