I will return to Rome and without hesitation, I will stay at this hotel again. The staff are all incredibly friendly and treat you like family. The location is PERFECT, well-connected and right in the heart of Trastevere, the most bohemian and charming neighborhood in the Eternal City.

I like how there are 2 sets of elevators that work independently (although each has very limited space) Rooms are quite nice 2 complaints thought: 1: the only trash can is in the bathroom 2: I believe there’s something wrong with the ventilation system as there’s a daily pungent smell of #2 that starts wafting out of the bathroom in the afternoon

Uncomfortable room, TV in the middle of the room, no desk, dirty carpet, bathroom in an unusable hallway with no storage, bulky bidet, broken fixtures (toilet, cupboard), unreliable lights and switches, no shutters, direct view of an apartment building...common areas dirty, old, and dilapidated. Antiquated key system. Is this a brothel? Avoid at all costs
