I had another option before this one, but since I've stayed here before, I chose this one and I would choose it again. It's super nice, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are excellent. I would come back whenever I could.

We stayed as a couple for three nights and everything was great. The food was generally very good, the Italian restaurant was just okay, and the waiters were very rude and the service was terrible. The hotel's two other restaurants had a very good buffet, the cooks were very professional and friendly, as were the waiters, who were very nice, except for one waiter named Santiago who treated us terribly with very little respect, as did several other guests who also had problems with his service. This man is not suited to customer service. Otherwise, everything was very good, the cleaning staff were very friendly, and the reception staff were very helpful.
