The room was okay, smelled of toilet block upon arrival. Breakfast was good with a shortage of coffee machines. The location, along with the pool and garden, was good. The service staff, with the exception of reception, was very good, as was the room cleaning. If you want to hike and birch trees, then the hotel is okay. However, if, like us, you booked the location for sightseeing in cities like Bergamo and Milan, it's not recommended! The parking situation, whether on the upper or lower parking deck, is only suitable for small and compact cars. The reserved parking space was already occupied upon arrival, and the upper parking deck was accessible without any problems. The next day, the entrance and exit were almost completely blocked and only accessible with small cars. Reception was sorry, but couldn't do anything (how could they, when the vehicles aren't assigned to guests!!). Conclusion: We moved to another hotel on the lake after 2 days, even though the hotel, of course, missed the full booking period and charged us for 4 days!! Therefore, we cannot recommend the hotel.
