The experience could be improved. Check-in was extremely crowded, with long queues and cars blocking access, making the process quite chaotic. The first room we were assigned wasn't clean: we found hair, dental floss, and the bedside tables had been moved. The receptionist was very friendly at first, but when I mentioned the cleanliness issue, they moved us to another room, and the service was no longer the same. On our last day, we asked to keep the ski storage key to return it later, and they told us it had to be handed in at check-out. However, some friends who were also staying at the hotel were told they could return theirs after a day of skiing, which seemed a bit contradictory. The indoor parking (€15 per night) is in poor condition. Small pieces of the ceiling even fell onto our car, although luckily they didn't cause any damage. Furthermore, it's poorly connected to the hotel. We also needed to charge our electric car, and here they charge for electricity (unlike other hotels), and they only allow a maximum of 3 hours of charging, which isn't enough to reach 100% if you need it. The hotel has a van that takes you to the funicular. The problem is the return trip to the hotel. We requested a pickup at 3:30 pm (they said yes), but at 3:35 pm there was no one there. We waited until 3:47 pm not knowing if they would come, since there's no Wi-Fi at the station and we didn't have data, so you have to call before leaving from the ticket office. The second time, we called several times and no one answered; finally, we found a WhatsApp contact, they replied, and they came quickly. Even so, the system didn't seem very efficient compared to other options. We were on a half-board basis, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent.
