Very disappointing!! We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. We have 2 coupons and 2 tickets for the restaurants and they allowed us to use only 1 coupon and 1 ticket.. だまされた？and it took us 30 mins waiting time for our food to arrive.. Rule is 1 coupon per day and 1 ticket per person! Not recommended.. or do not use their coupons

When I come to Toyama in the winter, I often stay at hotels with large public baths. I recently found out that this bathhouse has one, so I decided to try it out. The women's bath is password-protected. You'll be given the password at the front desk. There are no locked lockers in the bathhouse, just shelves with baskets. There's a password-protected safe in front of the large bath, so please use that. There are two bathrooms. One set each of lotion, lotion, makeup remover, cotton balls, tissues, and a hair dryer is provided. There are no towels or cotton swabs, so please bring them from your private room. The women's bath has four washing areas and one shower, and the bathtub is large enough for four people. It feels a bit cramped, but it's small. It's a bit small, but given the location, I think it's understandable since there are a lot of men on business trips here. It was a weekday, so I had the women's bath pretty much all to myself. It was a snowy day, so I was grateful to be able to warm up. Breakfast and parking are free for regular cars, so I think it's a better deal than the ones near the station. The breakfast had a wide variety and lots of vegetables, which I appreciated. Also, they provided bottled water at the entrance for when snow or frozen windshields get in the way, which I thought was a wonderful consideration. It's very helpful. I would definitely use it again. Thank you for your help.
