Super friendly reception: we arrived on the 11:00 train and they let us check in before 2:00 PM, very convenient. Beautiful and spacious room, bathroom with whirlpool tub and colorful lights. Breakfast with GF options available upon request (ask the staff near the buffet): toast, biscuits, pancogoccioli, bread, and muffins, a wide selection. They even held our bags after checkout for our return train. The location, just steps from the Royal Palace, is practical and perfect.

A truly terrible experience. I was the victim of a very serious scam involving someone at the property, and I would have expected at least attention, support, and protection from the staff. Instead, I encountered total indifference and complicity. In such a delicate situation, no one really cared to help me or handle the situation appropriately. I felt completely alone. In a hotel, one expects not only hospitality, but also safety and responsibility toward guests. Unfortunately, in this case, these things were completely lacking. I truly hope the property takes safety seriously, because an experience like this should never happen to anyone.

Beautiful, elegant and super clean hotel, huge and super relaxing bathtub with waterfall from above, walk-in closet, fridge with water, kettle in the room, super stocked and inclusive breakfast, small but controlled parking, gym, balcony with view of the palace, super central location, station a stone's throw away, super polite staff ready to provide any assistance, possibility of lunch/dinner with super interesting proposals, I would definitely stay here if I were to return to Caserta
