I stayed for one night on February 23rd and wasn't very happy. When I arrived, the room was cold, so I had to plug in the heater. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach room 7 at the top of the hallway, and it's an area with no data coverage. The towels leave a lot to be desired, and the rather old TV was constantly searching for channels, so I couldn't watch anything. However, the modern TV in the reception area worked perfectly. Furthermore, the beds have very noisy and uncomfortable plastic mattress covers. For 74 euros for a double room for single use, I honestly expected better service. Although the hotel indicated in its response that it hadn't notified me of my arrival time, I did so through the booking app that same day (I've attached a photo) and actually arrived at that time. To add (while we're at it), they also didn't bother to fill out the guest registration form (I think I've already read this in another guest's review). It's a courtesy that adds value to the service.

The location and view is absolutely stunning. For people that are cold, there are extra blankets + a small heater, but it didn't get too cold during our stay so that was not necessary. Rooms were decent; the bathroom door in mine did not close, and the toilet continued to run if you pressed the big button unless you fiddled with it properly + lack of a ironing board (I know it's specific albeit quite common), but otherwise it was a fine stay. They were very nicely able to accommodate us coming in late due to missing a ferry as long as you keep in communication via Whatsapp they are great about it. Only issue on service was the price changing for a second person, which doesn't make sense because we stated originally we would have 2 people. I am chalking this up to booking.com and other 3rd party websites causing issues, but I believe this could be something that can be solved. Make sure to drive; if you get here by taxi or bus, it probably will not be a great time. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience and definitely would visit again.
