We had a wonderful two-day stay in May 2025. We want to sincerely thank Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Ali, and Mr. Muhammad for their exceptional service throughout our visit. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice, offering great value, a good location for visiting, and breathtaking views of the travertine. The service was outstanding, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, there’s a swimming pool to enjoy a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The hotel is just a short walk from the entrance to the Cotton Castle, and we loved the stunning view of the travertine from the hotel’s restaurant. When we arrived, Mr. Ibrahim warmly welcomed us and even helped us arrange an airport transfer—a quick and hassle-free process, with the minibus costing €15 per person. The booking took less than 10 minutes, and the payment was made directly to him. It was such a convenient service, saving us from visiting a tour agency down the road. During breakfast, Mr. Ali and Mr. Muhammad were friendly and attentive, always there to assist us. The breakfast was simple yet delicious—not buffet style, but you could ask for more if needed. For our room, we chose the twin non-smoking room. It was very comfortable, always clean when we returned from exploring, and featured a separate balcony for smokers so their scent wouldn’t linger inside. There’s also a smoking area outside the rooms in the corridor. All in all, we would love to stay here again if we ever return to Pamukkale.
