I honestly don't know where to start... ruined vacation, a hotel that can't be described as such. To say it's a three-star establishment when it's only worth one is already a stretch. The staff is nonexistent, the owner is arrogant, rude, unwelcoming, and surly (it would have been a stretch if he greeted you). We didn't get a "smiling" welcome when we arrived. The receptionist is nonexistent (the entire time we were there, we only saw the owner, a lady, basically, apart from them; there's no one else in the establishment). At certain times, the hotel is even closed and you have to open it with your room key, whereas in all hotels the reception is manned with a staff member always present. Not here, they make their own rules and impose them on you as if it's their right and that all hotels do it this way! (Take a look at other hotels in Rimini, I've never seen anything like it.) The fact that they're right and they elevate their hotel as if it were five stars is, to say the least, abhorrent. A bathroom beyond words... small, uncomfortable, without a bidet, with a tiny sink, like a dentist's where you brush your teeth... countless shower gel sachets, including toilet paper, a mattress that breaks your back, towels that the owner claims are changed every day in no three-star hotel (when in fact they aren't), but he flaunted that no one changes them every day, especially a three-star hotel (the important thing in life is to be convinced). Luckily, we didn't have breakfast because just looking at the pastries in passing, I was disappointed, and I could tell they weren't fresh; they looked like they'd been patched up the morning before. I think these people should change jobs; that's not how you treat people who pay and wait a year for a vacation. I forgot, in addition to the spotless room, a non-existent terrace... we had a window where there wasn't even a line to hang our towels, when even a two-star hotel has all these amenities, including a terrace. But if you pointed these things out to the owner, he would have proudly stated that no hotel with a window had a line to hang towels on. You draw your own conclusions.
