My friend and I had the displeasure of staying here from 1/29-2/3. Unfortunately there’s not much I can say about enjoying our stay. To start, our room was way smaller than advertised. We’re used to efficient rooms but have never been in one this cramped. We could barely move around each other. The size of the bathroom was almost laughable. Not to mention, the shower leaked on the floor daily while in use so we’d waste loads of towels cleaning it up, even wearing our shoes in the bathroom to keep our socks from getting wet. When I reached to adjust the shower head there was dust upon it! Who knows the last time it was cleaned. And I’m pretty sure the cosmetic bottles are just being refilled instead of replaced with new ones. The bottles were clearly used and worn. The worst part of our stay was coming back to our room and finding a rodent dropping on the bed. (Picture evidence to prove.) this was around 12AM and when we alerted the front desk, all was asked was if we wanted to move rooms. Obviously. We were moved across the hall with absolutely no help at all. It took almost an hour to move on our own. No one even came to check on us. You’d think something of this magnitude would have been communicated with staff, but when we asked to speak to a manager daily, they’d only tell us the day she’d be in and had no idea of the mouse poop found. Their conclusion was “investigating” how it got there, suggesting it may have fallen from the roof. This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays, and I would not recommend it to ANYONE! They do not take hazards such as rodent control in beds seriously and I don’t think that is somewhere you should spend your money. There are way better options in Paris.

A good night's sleep is essential in this hotel! The bedding is excellent! The hotel is well located, with no traffic noise, which is rare in Paris! Friendly staff! One small drawback is the limited number of tables in the dining room: you need to arrive quite early to get a seat (hence the 4-star rating for service). Otherwise, there's a wide variety of choices for breakfast!
