We got a room with non-working air conditioning. We got a reply from room service that this is how it is in Germany in the winter. They don't turn on the air conditioning in the winter even though we are on a hot winter day. Even though the room faces the sun and it is very hot Highly not recommended to come here

This morning, even though my check-out time hadn't yet arrived, strangers opened my room door twice in a row with a key card. When they realized someone was in the room, they left immediately. It was very frightening. I specifically booked this hotel because of its riverside location. However, I was given a room overlooking the parking lot. A man was smoking on the balcony of the building across the street and looking directly into my room, which made me feel unsafe and prevented me from opening the curtains. Furthermore, the room is very dark overall, and the soundproofing is inadequate.
