The location is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel; I was quite disappointed with everything else. I had higher expectations based on the pictures. The mattress is old; you can feel the springs, and the bathroom is ancient with white tiles. Getting into the shower requires some acrobatics and dexterity to avoid falling into the toilet. Breakfast is not up to the standard you'd expect from the pictures and description. The rolls are just ordinary, pre-baked rolls from a six-pack. The server "cleaned" the neighboring tables with her cloth, flinging crumbs all over the floor and other surfaces. It's annoying, and at the end of the day, you have to clean up the scattered crumbs again. Inefficiency across the board. I didn't use the spa area, but the two sauna cabins are tiny; two people can barely sit in each, let alone lie down. I won't be coming back here, upgrade or not. You get much better for a similar price at other hotels.
