Unfortunately, the staff was very uncooperative. My chauffeur was not allowed to enter the parking area for even 10 minutes to pick me up. As a result, we had to walk to the other side, which was very inconvenient, especially with luggage. This is not the level of service I expected.

The room was very nice but the waiter at the restaurant spit in my face and it got on my food and he shoved it in my face. It also them an hour and a half for food with this waiters saliva in it. Although the room was great I’m never coming back due to the terrible service. What a rip-off!

Perfect location to train station, dining and shopping. Visit their lounge for a cocktail and King's Cave around the corner for dinner. Very upscale and the most plush bed we've ever slept in. Two bathrooms were awesome. Fresh fruit (apples were mushy) and chocolates on arrival in our room - very nice. Fresh flowers everywhere. Check in very nice (offered champagne) Doorman, when we arrived, exceptionally gracious. Doorman in the evening not and on his phone. Overall loved it here and would definitely go back!
