We stayed there last weekend for two nights with our 10-year-old son. You immediately feel warmly welcomed. The owner, Simone, is an incredibly warm and lovely person, as is her mother. All the staff were consistently super-friendly and accommodating; we can wholeheartedly recommend it. The food is also absolutely fantastic, starting with the generous breakfast buffet, the midday snack, and the four-course dinner. The hotel is incredibly flexible in this regard as well. If someone, especially a child, doesn't like something from the menu, they accommodate special requests without hesitation (and at no extra charge) in a very friendly manner. Our room was a bit dated, but it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We will definitely return and can't praise the hotel and everything it offers enough!

Very nice hostess, helpful and accommodating. Private shuttle service in winter, good location, ski bus right nearby. Excellent food, clean rooms (cleaned every two days), lovely clean spa, charmingly furnished.
