Terrible experience. My partner and I went to relax, assuming it was an adults-only resort. We found ourselves in the middle of a horse show, surrounded by young people and children... without any prior notice. It's hardly a 4-star hotel. The room was unrenovated, lacking even the smallest amenities, not even a bottle of water. At dinner, there was absolutely no civility; we had to shout to hear each other. From 1:00 AM onwards, we couldn't sleep. There was shouting in the hallways, insults, chairs being thrown around, and people making a racket. At 3:40 AM, still unable to sleep, this large group of ill-mannered young people started their own drinking party with a loudspeaker right outside the main entrance. My room was 20 meters away. The whole thing was awful. To top it all off, there was no security personnel, just one poor receptionist who had to handle everything alone. She was pushed and insulted by this group, and the police finally had to be called. A disaster. Even so, we demanded at least a refund of our deposit, which the manager refused to grant and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. We will never return, and I don't recommend it. It wasn't just one night; it was a complete mismanagement.

We had an exceptional service from some of the staff at the hotel, which made our stay exceptional. The first one was an Uranian lady at the reception, blond hair -shoulder length and wears glasses. She was amazing throughout. She helped with our questions, she showed that she care about our experience, she showed benevolence and respect. She was friendly, kind, polite, always greeting us with great big warm smile. The other people were the bar staff. They went out of their way every day to make us feel good and provided the highest customer care we have experienced from any staff, ever. They actually looked after us as if we were VIP guests. They were absolutely amazing in every aspect of customer service! The bars and common areas are pretty nice. The rooms themselves were clean but have nothing to boast about. They are much smaller than what they seem in the photos. They have the room amenities provision of 2 star hotels, very basic. They had no kettle or tea or anything that comes as standard in hotel rooms. You have to pay £5 per day for kettle. There was no chest of drawers for clothed, just a single wardrobe, which was not enough for 2 people. So we had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcases. No iron and ironing board. You have to have cash deposit to borrow from reception. We didn't have cash but I had forgotten my card and couldn't take cash. The bathroom has only handwash, shampoo and shower gel , no other perks that are normally offered by 4 star hotels, such as shower cap, room slippers, toiletries, etc.. The breakfast buffet offers variety but is more like British breakfast, not Spanish. The food is not the best. Dinner seemed to be of better quality than breakfast.
