We paid a deposit for our stay in August and were promised it would be refunded. It is now November, and we still have not received our money back. The customer service has been extremely poor despite multiple emails, they have been unhelpful, unresponsive, and have provided no real resolution. Their repeated excuses and failure to process the refund are unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel at all costs.
