What can I say about this experience? … Yes, experience, the word is deliberate, and I would add, avoid it at all costs!! Upon arriving in the treatment-hammam-shower area, a couple was in the shower… a hint of a sexual act unfolding before our eyes, a real appetizer!! While a message in the elevator asked us to be quiet so we could enjoy this supposedly "rejuvenating" moment, this infamous couple joined us in the hammam. It was anything but a peaceful moment… Disrespectful. Anyway, we focused on the massage that awaited us, a relaxing treatment for two. The therapists joined us, and the first difference during the initial contact was that my therapist, very professional, didn't caress my buttocks (not even once). My husband's therapist set the tone… unbelievable, but true nonetheless. While simultaneous massages were supposed to be performed, ladies, expect not to receive the same attention as your gentlemen! For a massage that was supposed to be enveloping, I can attest that his buttocks certainly were!! In short, the subliminal message is a completely different kind of treatment than a genuine service… a different kind of salon? A different kind of service?… It's a disgrace!!! And for a hotel of this rating, it's worth noting that there's no coffee machine, no refrigerator, and no parking. Accustomed to 3/4-star hotels, we are miles away from what we expect in terms of service… all that remains is a bitter memory of this experience!

This wonderful experience of relaxation and letting go allowed me to reconnect with exceptional well-being through the blissful ritual of facial treatment and body massage with Nuxe oil infused with notes of neroli, bergamot, and lavender. After the treatment, I enjoyed a herbal tea by the fire in a warm and inviting atmosphere! Spa Vent d'Ouest: a beautiful break to truly "take care of yourself."
