We spent our Valentine's Day weekend there and were very impressed with our room and the food, especially the breakfast. Unfortunately, we do have one point of criticism. There were a lot of children at mealtimes, which isn't a problem in itself, but it was very noisy. The pool area was also very noisy, and after a while, it wasn't relaxing. Plus, the pool was much too cold, so it wasn't very pleasant. The sauna/spa area was very small but adequate, and we still managed to relax. However, at checkout, we were charged more than the agreed price. Without any explanation, the bill was simply printed, and we were charged €50 more, even though this wasn't mentioned anywhere. Neither on Booking.com nor in person were we informed that drinks would be 20% more expensive, even though we had half-board. We would have appreciated having this explained beforehand instead of just being mentioned at checkout. Otherwise, the hotel was great – clean and comfortable. The location was just a bit inconvenient, but otherwise, it was fantastic!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time for a weekend and were very satisfied overall. The hotel's strengths include: - friendly staff - beautiful, large rooms with great mattresses and pillows, quiet at night - balcony with afternoon sun - there seems to be something to do in the surrounding area in every season There's definitely room for improvement in the evening meals; breakfast is fine. Unfortunately, there are a lot of outside guests at breakfast on weekends, making the single coffee machine a bottleneck. The lovely spa area is far too small for the size of the hotel (and there are also outside guests there).

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would especially like to highlight the exceptionally warm and welcoming service. Unfortunately, my partner became ill during our stay. The hotel responded with remarkable understanding and generosity, allowing us to extend our stay at no extra cost. This was an enormous relief for us in this situation and certainly not something we would take for granted. We also appreciated how thoughtfully the staff checked on her well-being several times. This personal care was truly touching. Our baby was also warmly welcomed – I was even allowed to bring her to the spa area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. The location itself is also beautiful and perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. We felt completely at ease and would love to return. Highly recommended!
