My stay in room 7 was excellent. The room offers a privileged view of the river and the pool, in addition to being extremely quiet and having a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is attentive: I ordered fried eggs separately and was promptly served with great efficiency. I would like to highlight the service from the staff, who are extremely helpful. A charming difference is the harmonious coexistence with the animals (cats, geese, among others) that roam freely and are well cared for on the premises. It is an environment of great peace and respect for nature. It will certainly be my choice on a future visit to Blumenau.

I stayed from January 19th to January 20th, 2026. The location is excellent for what I needed to do in the city, and the reception service was great. What left something to be desired was the room. We stayed in Suite 01, in front of the garage. The room is spacious, but it was dirty: the floor was dirty, the toilet paper in the bathroom was not new, and the replacement roll was half empty. There were moths and cobwebs visible in the room; inside the mini-fridge there were water bottles and disposable cups used by the previous guest. I also found a receipt next to the television, probably from a previous guest, which demonstrates a lack of cleanliness in the place. My pillow had termite droppings, and there were quite a few. The room is simple, "rustic," as the receptionist said—there's nothing wrong with the furniture being simple, but the dirt is unacceptable, especially considering it was a single night's stay costing over R$300.00. I requested a hairdryer for my wife, as our bathroom didn't have one, and the attendant asked her to go upstairs to another room to dry her hair, which I found inappropriate. The breakfast was okay, without much variety, but everything was fresh.
