Lobby area nice but the rooms are showing their age. Carpet in halls are old. The hotel room bathroom outdated and tub drained slow. Staff is friendly and location convenient. We only spent one night.

Will not stay here again. Went because all other convention hotels were booked for a convention. Arrived and they had no luggage carts available. Valet took our bags and threw them on the floor of the lobby and walked away. They lost our credit card authorization twice despite our bookeeper calling numerous times in the months leading up to the trip to process the paperwork. To top it off the shower drain did not drain so I had to call front desk to report this- no answer. Texted their ai assistance and nothing happens. Report it to front desk in morning and they fix the clog during the day but leave a filthy tub and floor. Had to be every night for someone to empty our garbage and give us washcloths and towels.
