It was quite a walk from Sapporo Station, but we didn't mind as we had an amazing and comfortable stay here. There is a bus station nearby that is one station away from Sapporo Station, but it's only until 6 PM. Hotel is still accessible with walking, and the weather was nice so all good still. Maybe it would just be a challenge during winter. There is a Lawson nearby, so all good with your water and snack supplies. The room is very spacious, as you can see in the pictures. It's rare to find a hotel with a huge room, with Smart TV at such an affordable price. We were just a family of 3, but the beds were a lot! The shower area and toilet were clean, and a lot of amenities were provided. You have to request if you would like the room to be cleaned by hanging a sign. Pajamas and towels are also provided in the facilities area if you want to change what you have used. There is microwave and vending machine available as well. Take not that the hotel doesn't have any laundry area, and the nearest coin laundry is quite a walk from the hotel. Check in is unmanned, but you can talk with their staff on the tablets provided in the lobby. We were able to check in easily without hassle. Their lobby is nice as well. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Sapporo!

The luggage storage area on the first floor doesn't even have a combination lock for valuables, so I was concerned about security. There wasn't much space to put my luggage. Someone else's large suitcase was in front of my locker, so I gave up on putting it in. Because the hotel is attached to a restaurant, the receptionist didn't seem to understand the hotel's details. When I asked about advance check-in, they didn't seem to understand. I was rudely told, "Please contact the online service next door." No tissues, confusing Wi-Fi instructions, bright lighting in the room, and no chargers available for rental. There were many inconveniences.

Good value for money. Spaceous and great for families. The shower is lovely. However, needs dusting and one of the bins in the room hadn't been emptied. Check in wasn't as straightforward as it could be. Had to phone the hosts from the lobby before we could get to the room, which I didn't see the point of.
