The bathroom is full of bugs and the toilet smelled from the moment you entered the room. They touch and move your luggage when cleaning. They supposedly cleaned, but the floor is not swept and mopped. And the food is real every time we go

NEVER AGAIN! We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite our expectations of a pleasant vacation, the experience was anything but relaxing. Sleepless nights: The noise from a group of Polish teenagers was unbearable – shouting, banging, music until late at night. We complained several times at the reception, but absolutely nothing was done. Complete lack of control and responsibility on the part of the staff. Chaos in the restaurant: The food was not the worst thing, but the organization – tragic. We waited 30 to 60 minutes just to get in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We Bulgarian tourists felt like second class – foreigners were given priority, as if we were invisible. Dirt and poor maintenance: The rooms and terraces were dirty. On the floor – dust and stains, and the balcony had not been cleaned for a long time. Apparently the cleaning is only formal or simply does not happen. Service below all criticism: Not a single request was met with a desire to help. The attitude was rude, slow and indifferent - especially when it came to issues that clearly bother most guests. Conclusion: Park Hotel Tintyava has potential, but the management and service are below all criticism. We would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant vacation. There are much better options in Golden Sands.
